News: Monlith Festival announced more acts

Not to be outdone, the Monolith Festival and Red Rock Amphitheatre announced 18 new acts joining the ranks of the Colorado-based festival. All these festivals are beginning to remind many of us of the mid and late 90s with the many traveling (and stationary) fests that took over the music world. EVP doesn't complain--we're just ready for the bottom to fall out all over again.

But there's little chance the bottom drops out under Monolith. The 18 fresh acts, Cloud Cult, White Williams, The Dutchess & the Duke, Passion Pit, Young Coyotes, Snowden, Dressy Bessy, KaiserCartel, Miles Benjamin Anthony Robinson, The Veils, The Muslims, Cory Chisel and the Wandering Sons, Electric Touch, Moonspeed, Astra Moveo, Rob Drabkin and Alyse Black, join an already-large grab bag of announced musicians: Devotchka, Justice, Silversun Pickups, Atmosphere, Band of Horses, Vampire Weekend, TV on the Radio, The Avett Brothers, Superdrag, Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings, Mickey Avalon, The Kills, CSS, Does it Offend You, Yeah?, and Del the Funky Homosapien.
